Farm Fest 2020 happens April 4 from 10-4pm at the Yamhill Valley Heritage Center Museum in McMinnville Oregon. It is the Largest plowing competition with draft animals on the West Coast with 20+ teams of draft horses and mules. The Oregon Draft Horse Breeders Association co-sponsors the event and will manage the competition in both our North and South fields. The entire Yamhill Valley Heritage Center campus will come alive with many activities. Vendors will be on hand with their wares. Historical displays and demonstrations will be available for viewing including the Sawmill, Blacksmith Shop and Hutchcroft School House. The Plowman’s Café will be open with a wonderful assortment of food. Live music is scheduled throughout the day and plan on visiting the hand’s on Pioneer Kids’ activities that are sure to please.
