VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Vendor spaces are either 8’ x 8’ or 10’ x 10’ size. Corner booths are available in both sizes and awarded by availability.
  • Vendor must provide tables, chairs, and entire booth display. YCHS provides the space only and is not responsible for providing any of these additional items for your vendor space.
  • Limited vendor space available. Advance registration is required.
  • Vendor placement will be at the discretion of YCHS. Due to a limited number of vendor spaces, the inclusion or exclusion of vendors will be at the discretion of YCHS.
  • Set up: Friday, December 1, 2023 12:00 noon – 4:00pm, and Saturday, December 2, 2023 8:00am-10:00am
    • Vendors may unload items in front of vendor space on the day of event, but ALL VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED BY 9:30AM and parked in designated Vendor parking.
  • Tear down: Sunday, December 3, 2023 4:00pm-5:30pm
