Vendor Spaces are either 8’x8′ or 10’x10′. Corner spaces may be available in both sizes and are awarded by availability.
Vendors must provide tables, chairs, and entire booth display. YCHS provides the space only and is not responsible for providing any additional items for your vendor space.
Limited vendor space available. Advanced registration is required.
Vendor placement will be at the discretion of YCHS. Due to a limited number of vendor spaces, the inclusion or exclusion of vendors will be at the discretion of YCHS.

Spaces are awarded by availability and seniority. Space size will be confirmed after reviewing your application.

Do you need electricity for your booth?(Required)

Yes

Electricity requests are awarded based on availability. An approved electricity request will add an additional $20 to your booth feeds.

Submitting Your Application

Application Submission(Required)

I understand that this application does NOT guarantee a space at any event hosted by the Yamhill County Historical Society.

Spaces are awarded by availability, seniority, and relevance to an event. This will determined after the Yamhill County Historical Society receives your application.

Vendor Space(Required)

I understand that if I am chosen to participate in an event, my vendor space will NOT be confirmed until the Yamhill County Historical Society receives my Vendor Agreement and payment for the space.

After review of your application, if you are chosen to participate you will receive the Vendor Agreement via your preferred method of contact. Spaces will be confirmed by YCHS upon receipt of your signed Agreement and payment for the space.
