To consign or donate, please bring your implement, tool, or farm or garden tractor to the Yamhill Valley Heritage Center by May 5th. Please, no household items. You MUST leave your item with an authorized YCHS volunteer who will guide you through the donation process in-person. Please do not drop your item without an authorized volunteer present. You may bring your items on Wednesdays, Fridays 9am-4pm, or by appointment. Please call Dave Cruickshank 971-267-0043 or Tony Meeker 503-507-8778 to coordinate time or ask questions.

A consignment benefits the Yamhill County Historical Society 5% of the sale price. The item will be sold to the highest bidder, and you will receive the proceeds of that sale minus the auction fee of 25% and a 5% fee payable to YCHS for holding the auction. A donation benefits the Yamhill County Historical Society 100%, and you will not receive proceeds from sale of the item, but you will receive a donation receipt for tax purposes if you choose.

Consign or donate your implement, tool, or farm or garden tractor to the YCHS Annual Online Auction, held online at AuctionSalesCo.com. Bidding begins May 12th at 9am and ends May 18th at 5pm. In-person previews of YCHS’ auction items on May 17th and 18th, 10am-2pm, at the Yamhill Valley Heritage Center, 11275 SW Durham Ln, McMinnville. Item pick up on May 19th and 20th from 9am-4pm.
