VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
- Vendor spaces are either 8’ x 8’ or 10’ x 10’ size. Corner booths are available in both sizes and awarded by availability.
- Vendor must provide tables, chairs, and entire booth display. YCHS provides the space only and is not responsible for providing any of these additional items for your vendor space.
- Limited vendor space available. Advance registration is required.
- Vendor placement will be at the discretion of YCHS. Due to a limited number of vendor spaces, the inclusion or exclusion of vendors will be at the discretion of YCHS.
- Set up: Friday, May 3, 2024, 10:00 noon – 5:00pm
- Vendors may unload items in front of vendor space on the day of event, but ALL VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED BY 9:30AM and parked in designated Vendor parking.
- Tear down: Saturday, May 4, 2024, 4:00pm-5:30pm
